Booking your session: Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle before we begin. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable. If exceptional circumstances arise, please get in touch. Wherever possible, I'll always aim to be fair and understanding. Preparing for your session: To help you get the most from your experience, please avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before your appointment. If possible, avoid eating a large meal immediately beforehand and wear comfortable clothing that you can relax and move freely in. Your Inner Dance experience: Every Inner Dance session is unique. There is no right or wrong way to experience it, and no expectation that anything specific will happen. Some people experience movement, emotion, insight or stillness, while others simply enjoy having the space to explore whatever arises. My role is not to create a particular experience for you, but to hold a safe, supportive space where your own experience can unfold naturally. Suitability: Inner Dance is a complementary wellbeing practice that offers space for self-exploration and inner awareness. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, are currently experiencing significant mental health difficulties, or have any medical concerns that may affect your participation, please contact me before booking so we can discuss whether this session is appropriate for you.
