I don't believe people need fixing.
I believe we all need spaces where we can slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and remember who we already are.
That belief shapes everything I create, from pilgrimages and gatherings to one-to-one healing sessions. My role isn't to tell you who to become, but to create the conditions where your own wisdom can begin to emerge.
Wisdom Wellness grew from years of exploring ancient traditions, nature, ritual and practices that work with us rather than against us. It's an invitation to step away from the noise, reconnect with what matters, and discover what unfolds when nothing is forced.

My journey into this work began with my own search for healing. What started as a desire to understand anxiety and depression gradually became a much broader exploration of what it means to live well.
Over six years of travelling, I immersed myself in different cultures, eventually spending two years in Thailand living in intentional community and studying Buddhist meditation. Along the way I discovered something that continues to shape my work today: some of the most profound transformations happen not when we force change, but when we create the space for it.
Wisdom Wellness grew from that discovery.

I believe healing works best when we work with ourselves, not against ourselves.
I believe nature is one of our greatest teachers.
I believe ritual helps us experience ordinary moments more deeply.
I believe ancient wisdom still has something to offer.
I believe community is an essential part of wellbeing.
And above all, I believe transformation can't be forced. It unfolds when we create the right conditions.
Alongside years of personal exploration and practice, I've completed professional training in:
-
Health Coaching
-
Reiki
-
InnerDance
-
Meditation Teaching
-
Self Harm & Suicide Awareness and Prevention
Along the way I've also spent years studying meditation, pilgrimage, ritual, nervous system regulation, somatics and nature-based wellbeing through retreats, travel and personal practice. I continue to learn because I don't believe wellbeing is something we ever finish studying.
